Tying someone to the bed, ain’t that the greatest classic of all! The multiple attachment opportunities and the soft surface allows to make someone comfortable, trapped and exposed, all at the same time. It’s a great place to explore movement, restriction, creativity and sexy time.

Even if your bed doesn’t have a fancy structure, you can slide rope under the mattress or create a rope structure around it to serve as anchor points. For less comfort, these activities can also be done on any other flat surfaces that you can attach to.

This week’s goal is to explore different ways of tying on a flat structure. The possibilities are endless.

Day 85: Pulling – Tie the wrist together and use the bed structure to pull them in different directions. You can also explore with the ankles and try different positions.

Day 86: Spreading – Tie the wrists and ankles to the different corners of the bed. The spread eagle with each limb to each corner in an X position is a classic. Try tying the elbows to the knees to move the hips in a different angle.

Day 87: Sideways – Explore the different positions that can be made from lying on the side. Pulling the body in different directions front and back.
Day 88: Sitting and Kneeling – Explore different sitting and kneeling positions, standing up, face in the pillow, etc.

Day 89: Headboard – Use the bed headboard as your anchor point.

Day 90: Transitions – Move around the bed by changing up where the different parts of the body are attached. You can start from a spread-eagle position, then change where the wrists and/or ankles are tied to create a progression.
Day 91: Web Cage – Leverage the multiple points where you can attach around the bed to create a net over your partner.
